We looking for someone who can write a component(DLL/COM) to convert Unicode(HTML-decimal) to UCS2 code and vice versa.\r\n\r\nthe scenario is like;\r\n1. Unicode in HTML-decimal\r\n©©©\r\n\r\n2. Unicode in UCS2\r\n06270644064A06480645\r\n\r\nwith scenario above 1 & 2, the component must able to convert from 1 to 2 and 2 back to 1.
