For a 2D SciFi style shooter game I need a collection of enemies, around 70*70 pixel sized. They can be rendered in 3D or pixeled by a good pixel-artist.\r\n\r\nMy budget is maximum $500, plase no higher bids. We want to convert this to a secured login system where they report their hours worked for that pay period. Then all this data is aggregated by our corporate office by adding in administrative details about their project. We have 30 employees and contractors all over the country working as consultants. Currently, they report their timesheets using papers and faxes. We want to convert this to a secured login system where they report their hours worked for that pay period. Then all this data is aggregated by our corporate office by adding in administrative details about their project. For example, we want to track their phone number, email address, City of Current Assignment, expense reimbursements, client company, their bill rate to our clients, the employee\\\'s pay rate, etc... \r\n\r\nThen at payroll, we would have a total amount to be paid to each personnel. We would like to have more FX and animation futures for the user to use on the STUDIO-Master Control-Editing Room side of the software. I am looking to create an easy pc for every day users. I need a website, with a billing system, payment setup (TBD), and basic OS.\r\n\r\nMy project would be a remotely hosted operating system. I need a web based operating system where users can quickly login to their own personal settings from an array of methods, including the website, USB drive, and a thin client PC.\r\n\r\nOur operating system will use the Google services (docs, gmail, calendar, etc...) for their basic user functions, and it will use a music on demand system like deezer.com to offer music...\r\n\r\nNothing would actually be saved on the thin client or usb drives.\r\n\r\nI need some type of operating system that can remotely login and get its information like short cuts and application settings.
