I am looking for a simple script to have clients email me with information on which reports they would like to receive. I would like the script to automatically send a response confirming that we received their request (and listing which reports they wanted) and I want it to email me with the same information. There are other forms I want to create to automate the site more so this is a test of how well this will work for me.
